This is not an âextra largeâ set, and the coffee table is not a cushion-storage box.

- Finished appearance: owners across B&Q, OnBuy and eBay repeatedly say the assembled graphite set looks good on a deck or medium-size garden without visually dominating the space.
- Stable seating at this price level: recent B&Q owners describe the chairs as solid, while an OnBuy reviewer replacing a decades-old metal/wood set still liked the finished Corfu after resolving an alignment problem.
- Low-maintenance frame: users value that the resin does not need paint or rust treatment. Exact-set eBay owners report leaving frames outdoors while bringing cushions inside.
- Longer ownership can be positive: one verified eBay purchaser said a previous Keter furniture set lasted nine years outdoors, and a 2026 B&Q reviewer said an older set remained in good condition after seven years. These are individual histories, not a guaranteed lifespan.
Assembly: easy for some, frustrating for others
Assembly reports range from under an hour to several hours. Owners who call it easy often say the process becomes faster after the first chair. Others describe awkward initial alignment, a locking hole positioned off by several millimeters, or considerable time assembling alone.
Plastic fasteners are the clearest repeat warning. Lowe’s and B&Q reviewers say the heads can break if overtightened; B&Q owners noted that spare fasteners were included. Assemble every piece on a flat surface, start fasteners loosely, align the full panel and only then apply final tightening as the Keter manual directs. Do not substitute high-torque power tools unless the exact instructions permit it.
Cushion comfort and weather disagreement
Some owners call the cushions comfortable, while the detailed Lowe’s review considers them too thin for all-day lounging. Both can be true: the pads separate the user from the molded seat but do not provide the depth of premium upholstered outdoor furniture. Taller users and anyone planning long sessions should check seat dimensions and, if possible, try the set before purchase.
The resin frame is marketed for outdoor weather, but that does not make the cushions waterproof or suitable for permanent exposure. B&Q describes its cushions as showerproof, and owners who report multi-year use commonly bring them indoors. Store cushions dry and use a ventilated patio-furniture cover when appropriate; trapping wet fabric under an airtight cover can encourage mildew.

OnBuy states that all 29 visible Corfu reviews are verified. eBay’s four visible exact-set comments are also marked verified purchase. B&Q displays seven recent reviews but does not show a verified-purchase label on the visible entries. Lowe’s warns that ratings may include incentivized reviews, and its most detailed visible review is labelled âLowe’s Loop,â so it was treated as incentivized anecdotal evidence rather than independent proof.
Desertcart mirrors an Amazon-sourced listing with hundreds of ratings but unclear verification and variant mixing. We used it only for recurring issues such as thin cushions, shipping damage and missing instructionsânot for an aggregate score. YardToolLab’s previous numerical rating was unsupported and has been removed.
Best fit and alternatives
Best fit: four-person casual seating on a patio, balcony or deck; buyers who prefer resin to metal or natural wicker; households willing to store cushions; and spaces that need separate movable chairs rather than a sectional.
